Its location was magnificent, 5 minutes walk away from Church of st Mary. Time here was enjoyable and I would recomand to family.

Incredible and good location, close enough to the church, Ipswich and various attractions in the area such as Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Felixstowe and Ipswich. Room with kitchen and bathroom. Warm welcome from owner.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, being only a short drive away from a good retail park where you can find all your grocery needs. the apartment is near several rivers, offering picturesque views and tranquil walks. it is conveniently situated close to the local church, perfect for those interested in exploring the historical aspects of the area.
While the apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, the overall cleanliness could have been better.

We had a very pleasant stay at a cosy apartment. The check-in process was easy and efficient, and the location offered peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and tidy, with all the necessary equipment provided. We also appreciated the information folder with helpful instructions and local recommendations. The decor was modern and relaxing, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and we enjoyed the pleasant view from the window. The proximity to attractions and a retail park for grocery shopping was a bonus. we had a great experience and would consider returning in the future.

The location of the apartment was quiet and excellent next to public transport, Sutton Hoo, and Suffolk. The host made my stay very peaceful! Loved this place, I can't recommend highly enough to family.

great stay, surpassed my previous experience in ipswich. cozy apartment with everything i needed, including surprise beer in fridge. glen was friendly and generous. peaceful area, great for walks. highly recommend!
